  • An annual fee per Company will cover all the telephone and remote support you require, together with the necessary Wayfarer software license keys.

  • And for Critical System Failures there is a 24/7 support. (Exception Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)

Customer Help Desk

Parkeon’s Help Desk will be the hub of the support operation providing issues management for manual and automated faults to resolution. Faults registered with Parkeon’s Help Desk will be issued a unique number for the future reference of the customer.
